Accessibility Evaluations and ALLI Monitoring
Web Accessibility Evaluation
Our WCAG 2.2 Evaluation assesses your website's compliance with all criteria required for a Level AA conformance rating. It includes a severity ranking for any identified issues, references to the specific WCAG guidelines and wording, and actionable recommendations for resolving the issues.
Our certified testers will verify automated test results, then go beyond the capabilities of automation by simulating the user experience on each page to determine its compliance.
ALLI Accessibility Monitoring
Our proprietary accessibility monitor, ALLI, is a subscription-based tool that provides AI-powered feedback from users' online journeys, without violating privacy laws or policies, allowing web developers to receive a live record of site usage and feedback.
ALLI includes a customer support ticketing system, so if site users run into a problem they can submit an alert to your team that an accessibility or functionality problem exists on the webpage. This is a great value to the accessibility community.

The power of the Web is in its universality. Access by everyone regardless of disability is essential.”

Frequently Asked Questions
What are some examples of web accessibility issues?
Issues or defects can range from simple things like not having text alternatives for images, color contrasts that don’t work for visually impaired users, moving images or sections that can not be paused or deactivated, or more complex issues like having content that cannot be properly interpreted using assistive technologies.
How long does it take to get an assessment?
Most assessments from Allied Accessibility are completed within 24-72 hours of initiating the service. Within this time, our team reviews and evaluates the web pages in question visually, structurally, via coding, and using assistive technologies.
What web pages do you recommend I evaluate?
We recommend focusing on your core functionality pages, not static pages. Once you fix these pages you should be able to apply the appropriate fixes to your other pages.
We already use a company that provides a widget overlay. Isn’t that enough?
No. Overlays do not fix source code, content or design. When invoked, overlays counteract and interfere with assistive technologies already being used. This can worsen the user experience. There are already many lawsuits being posed against sites that utilize overlays and widgets.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is based on the number of web pages you choose to evaluate. Allied Accessibility provides one free re-scan of each web page assessed once you have implemented recommended remediation efforts.
Can’t I just use an accessibility plug-in?
Automated tools have come very far in recent years, but a manual human evaluation is essential to truly capture all important issues or defects. Here at Allied Accessibility we utilize our proprietary evaluation platform and our trained accessibility experts perform manual checks across a thorough set of WCAG criteria.
Will my website have to be rebuilt?
Not necessarily. The adjustments required to bring a site up to accessibility standards can range greatly from simply changing fonts, colors, tags and alternative descriptions to those that require more intricate coding or re-structuring.
What if I don’t have a web designer or development team to implement the recommended changes?
Many web design and development companies are taking on these types of remediation projects, as accessibility is an increasingly important issue for businesses of all sizes. We are always seeking partnerships with web developers who can take on accessibility remediation projects.
